Refund Policy

At Pubwex, we stand behind our product. This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which you may request a refund, how cancellations work, and how to contact us if you have a billing concern.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of the first charge. If you are not satisfied with Pubwex for any reason during this period, contact us and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
Eligibility: The guarantee applies to first-time subscribers on any paid plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). It does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or accounts that have previously received a refund.
2. Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period has elapsed, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Monthly or annual subscription renewals
- Plan upgrades made mid-billing-cycle
- Periods during which the account was active but unused
We encourage you to make use of the free trial period to evaluate whether Pubwex meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Access: You retain full access to all features until the end of the paid period, regardless of when you cancel.
- Future charges: Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
- Partial refunds: We do not issue partial refunds for unused days remaining in a billing cycle after the 14-day guarantee has passed.
- Data retention: Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. You may export your content at any time before this deadline.
4. Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds
While we do not typically grant refunds outside the 14-day window, we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. These may include:
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error on our part
- A verified extended service outage that materially impaired your use of Pubwex
- Charges following a timely cancellation that was not processed correctly
If you believe one of these situations applies to your account, please contact us with supporting details and we will investigate promptly.
5. How to Request a Refund

- The date of the charge you are disputing
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Pubwex after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
